[MOU Signed] Data Alliance Signs AI Cooperation MOU with Vietnam's FPT Smart Cloud

(Seoul = Yonhap News) Reporter Cho Seong-mi = Data Alliance, the operator of the artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud platform G-Cube, announced on the 26th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for business cooperation with FPT Smart Cloud, a Vietnamese information technology (IT) and cloud company.

The agreement, centered on the joint development and operation of a graphics processing unit (GPU)-based AI infrastructure, was pursued to respond to the rapidly increasing global demand for AI computing and to secure technological leadership in the Asian market.

FPT Smart Cloud, a subsidiary of FPT Corporation, Vietnam's largest IT group, provides cost-competitive GPU infrastructure, while Data Alliance oversees sales and operations in global markets, including Korea.

The two companies agreed to cooperate in revitalizing the AI and cloud ecosystems of both countries, including jointly marketing the 'G-Cube Shared GPU Platform' in Vietnam.

In addition, they decided to share the latest technologies and market trends related to AI, cloud computing, and GPU services, and to hold regular seminars and workshops.
