Data Alliance (CEO Kwangbeom Lee) announced that it will participate in World IT Show 2026 (WIS 2026), held over three days from Wednesday, April 22 through Friday, April 24 at COEX in Seoul. At the exhibition, the company will present its GPU sharing-economy platform "gcube," aiming to expand business opportunities in the domestic and global AI infrastructure markets and to identify strategic partners.

Founded in Seoul in June 2016, Data Alliance is an AI infrastructure specialist that built its technical foundation in its early years through smart-city and IoT-based data platform businesses. By participating in R&D projects and demonstration initiatives for government ministries — including the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Ministry of Science and ICT — the company accumulated experience across the public and private sectors, and on that basis expanded into the AI computing infrastructure field.

The flagship product on display at this exhibition is the GPU sharing-economy platform "gcube." gcube is a two-sided marketplace GPUaaS (GPU as a Service) platform that consolidates idle GPU resources — owned by companies and individuals but not used at all times — into a single cloud, and connects them with users who need GPUs for AI, deep learning, and scientific computing.

Its core competitive edge is heterogeneous GPU pooling technology, which allows GPUs of different generations and performance levels to be operated simultaneously within a single unified resource pool. Everything from RTX-series to H100-class GPUs can be managed in an integrated way, so users can flexibly select and combine resources according to their task objectives and budget — creating an environment free from dependence on any specific hardware spec.

In addition, container-based multi-tenant GPU isolation technology ensures data security and performance stability even when multiple users share the same GPU simultaneously. On top of this, the company applies a fair-reward system (patented) that records GPU usage, uptime, and energy consumption on a blockchain and settles them automatically via smart contracts, strengthening supplier trust.

Since launching gcube's closed beta in October 2024, Data Alliance has expanded its customer base to include AI development academies, university research labs, AI startups, and generative-content platforms. It has also continued to post achievements, including winning an Innovation Award in the AI category at CES 2026, being selected for the Ministry of Science and ICT's integrated AI-semiconductor resource management technology development project, and securing KRW 3 billion in Pre-A investment.

At this exhibition, Data Alliance plans to present gcube as a practical alternative for companies struggling with GPU cost burdens or supply instability. The company intends to secure references with firms in bio/medical AI, LLM development, and MLOps operations, while also focusing on building partnerships with large SI and MLOps specialists and identifying overseas buyers.

"Based on our MOU with FPT Smart Cloud in Vietnam, we are preparing to enter the Southeast Asian market, and we are pursuing joint marketing and service operations locally," said CEO Kwangbeom Lee. "Through WIS 2026, we will expand collaboration with overseas partners, including those across the Asia-Pacific region." Using Vietnam as a bridgehead, the company is also exploring expansion into Japan and parts of Europe.

He added: "In the short term, we will further strengthen our domestic references; in the medium term, we aim to launch an enterprise-dedicated Private GPU Pool service and secure Series A funding to leap forward as a global AI infrastructure platform."

Meanwhile, WIS 2026 — a comprehensive ICT exhibition — showcases the latest technologies and products across fields such as AI & Digital Intelligence, Robotics & Intelligent Mobility, Immersive Spatial Tech, and Smart Life & Data Tech, introducing the latest ICT trends and future technology directions.
